SOI Associate Music Director Zane Dalal will lead the concert with Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, a symphonic suite based on One Thousand and One Nights (also known as The Arabian Nights). Considered the composer’s most popular work, Scheherazade features the dazzling and colourful orchestraion for which Rimsky-Korsakov is highly regarded.
