Rashmi Paradkar-Sule is being trained under the ‘HSBC Support to Gurus’ initiative by Shubhada Paradkar, an internationally acclaimed vocalist of the Gwalior and Agra gharanas. Paradkar-Sule has also trained with Padmavati Shaligram Gokhale (Jaipur gharana), Babanrao Haldankar (Agra gharana) and Dinkar Panshikar (Jaipur gharana). Her gayaki therefore shows traces of the authentic layakari of the Gwalior-Agra gharana and the disciplined intellect of the Jaipur gharana. Paradkar-Sule has completed her Sangeet Alankar from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and is a graded artiste of All India Radio. She holds a diploma in light music and was guided by veteran music director Yashwant Deo. She has performed in India and abroad and won several national singing competitions. She is also passionate about theatre and  has performed in Marathi musicals, Sangeet Saubhadra and Sant Gora Kumbhar, among others.

After initially training with his father Sadashiv Baakre, Nishad Baakre was a full-time pupil  with Ram Deshpande for over 12 years. He has also trained with Ulhas Kashalkar, Dinkar Kaikini, Arun Dravid and Madhukar Joshi, and is, therefore, familiar with the intricacies of the Jaipur, Gwalior and Agra gharanas. He completed the Sangeet Alankar in Vocal Classical from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. He is an A-Grade artiste of All India Radio and has been a recipient of several scholarships and awards, including the Kesarbai Kerkar Scholarship from the NCPA, the National Scholarship for Young Artistes from the Department of Culture of  the Government of India and the  Yuva Puraskar by the Kanebuwa Pratishthan (Pune), among others. Baakre has performed at numerous venues in India and abroad.
