Rajib Bhattacharya has received his initial training from Smt. Sharmila Biswas at a very young age. He completed M.A. in Odissi dance from RABINDRA BHARATI UNIVERSITY , Kolkata. His eagerness for specialization in Odissi dance brought him to SRJAN (Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Odissi Nrityabasa) and he had the good fortune to receive training under the able guidance of Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra and his son, Guru Ratikant Mohapatra. His association with SRJAN for 12 long years made him connects closely with Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Gharana. Rajib has attended several workshops by renowned Gurus in different subjects related to Odissi dance and also had the experience to receive the training in the MAHARI form of dance from SASHIMANI and PARASMANI MAHARI. A recipient of national scholarship from the Dept. of Culture, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India and has performed in the major dance and music festivals of India and abroad. In 2003, for the Golden Jubilee Celebration of Central Sahitya Academy he has performed in KURUKSHETRA Dance ballet being part of the SRJANs repertoire group as Yudhisthira with Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra as Shakuni and Guru Ratikant Mohapatra as Arjuna. Rajib stood First in Odissi dance competition organized by THE STATE MUSIC ACADEMY. He is also a A grade artiste of Doordarshan. Currently Rajib receives the benefit of learning to continue his dancing career under the able tutelage of Guru Ratikant Mohapatra. He also assists his Guru in conducting the Odissi dance workshops held at kolkata. He is the Secretary and the Principal of SRJAN (Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Odissi Nrityabasa, Kolkata chapter). Rajib is also a teacher of DEVI PRATIDHWANI (GURU GIRIJA DEVIs INSTITUTION). He is the director of SRIJAN CHHANDA. He is an examiner of RABINDRA BHARATI UNIVERSITY and NIKHIL BHARAT SANGIT SAMITY

Arnab Bandyopadhyay started his training under Sutapa Talukdar in Kolkata and then his talent has been nurtured by Padmabibhushan Guru Sri Kelucharan Mahapatra and his son Guru Ratikanta Mahapatra .Arnab has successfully created a niche for himself, and has earned accolades from . audiences home and abroad. A true dynamic dancer he constantly updates himself through various dance workshops and seminars.
