Parmananda Roy (Flute) Purvi Parikh (Vocal)

Paramananda Roy was initiated into music by his flautist father, Gopal Roy from whom he received training for over 19 years. He is a scholar of ITC-SRA under Partha Chatterjee. He is a ‘B-High’ grade artiste of AIR. Purvi Parikh is an ‘A’ grade artiste of AIR and has studied with Niyaz and Faiyaz Ahmed Khan of the Kirana gharana and under her parents, Arvind Parikh and Late Kishori Parikh. She is also a ganda-bandh shagird of Vilayat Khan and is studying light classical music under Girija Devi.

Admission on a first-come-first-served basis. NCPA Members will get preferential seating till 6.20 pm.
