Born in Irkutsk, Russia Ilya Rashkovskiy debuted at the age of eight with the Irkutsk Chamber Orchestra and has since won top prizes at the Hong Kong, Hamamatsu, Long–Thibaud, Rubinstein and Queen Elisabeth competitions. He has performed with major orchestras, including L’Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Mariinsky, Gulbenkian and Czech National Symphony orchestras, in renowned venues like the Concertgebouw, Salle Playel, Suntory Hall and The Grand Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. He is active as a chamber musician and has collaborated with Akiko Suwanai, Sayaka Shoji, Gary Hoffman and the Borodin Quartet.
His recordings include the complete Chopin Études and Scriabin Sonatas.
The progamme includes works by Mozart, Liszt, Beethoven and Prokofiev.
In a special initiative students will get a 50% discount for all categories of tickets on proof of identity.
