Suvarna Nalanda – The Golden Nalanda will showcase various major choreographic works of Dr Kanak Rele giving glimpses of her various group dance productions and Mohiniattam, Bharata Natyam and Kathak choreographies.
The Abhinaya Queen par excellence herself will present two of her internationally acclaimed and renowned performances and then will open the stage for all her Nalanda students present and past, celebrating 50 glorious years of existence of Nalanda and the mega yearlong celebrations of their Creator – the Visionary, Padma Bhushan Dr Kanak Rele celebrating her 80!
