In a moving and meditative musical conversation, filmmaker, musician and pioneer of the landmark Kabir Project, Shabnam Virmani, will share songs, poems and reflections about the woman’s voice in mystic poetry – one that harnesses the power of surrender and resistance at the same time, speaking of love and interrogation in the same breath.
