Dastangoi, the ancient art of oral storytelling traditionally performed in Urdu, finds a fresh and vibrant voice in Dastangoi Gujarati. This unique adaptation breathes life into timeless Gujarati tales—both classic and contemporary—presented in a style that is as engaging as it is culturally rich.

While traditional Dastangoi centered on themes of war and tragedy, our rendition pays tribute to Gujarati culture and the modern context by exploring stories filled with humor, courage, relationships, and the everyday magic of life.

At Utopia Communications, we are proud to share that Dastangoi Gujarati has been running successfully for over five years. More than 20 renowned artists have brought their voices to this journey, and the production continues to thrive with each performance.
