This four-hour introductory session is designed for those who are curious about theatre and wish to understand how a play comes alive on stage.
Writer’s lab focuses on the fundamentals of dramatic storytelling…what makes a moment theatrical, how conflict drives a scene, and how characters reveal themselves through action rather than explanation. It aims to shift the perspective from “telling a story” To “creating an experience in real time.”
About the conductor
Prajakt Deshmukh
Prajakt Deshmukh is an actor, director, screenwriter, and playwright. He made his writing debut in the Marathi cinema business with a few movies, including Godavari and Ved in 2022. He is the recipient of the esteemed Yuva Sahitya Akademi award.
